Indicative rates for the « Neutrons and Cristallography » school and Rossat-Mignod meeting are given in the table below.
The final values will be displayed as soon as possible.
All information about student fares or subventions by "permanent formation" offices from CNRS, CEA and ILL are detailed in footnotes.
Rates include:
- accommodation at the CNRS Holiday Village "La Vieille Perrotine", full board.
Persons wishing to participate only to the Rossat-Mignod meeting can arrive on Tuesday 23 in the late afternoon or Wednesday morning 24.
(rates listed in the table below therefore include 2 or 3 nights to choose from.)
- coffee breaks, welcome drink and improved meal
- transfers to Holiday village (the conditions and schedules that will be defined later by the organization of JDN)
- distribution of documents that will be published in the book collection under the auspices of the French Neutrons Society.

(1) By default, the accommodation is for 2 people per room. Double rooms are assigned primarily for students.
(2) The number of single rooms is limited. Depending on the number of participants, the organizers may have to change the allocation of rooms (single/shared).
Participants wishing to can come up with an accompanying person , but they will have to take charge of the additionnal fees and contact the Holiday Village.
You will just have to specify that you will share the same room, so the organisers could update consequently the accommodation list.

Thesis students : At the end of the school, we will deliver the PhD students a certificate of participation which will allow them to obtain ECTS credits for their University diploma.

CNRS employees (CDI contract ou BDI bourses) : The school is accredited by the "Permanent Formation" office of CNRS. The registration to the Thematic School is free.
(The participation to the Rossat-Mignod meeting is at the charge of your Laboratory. CNRS agent can also ask the to "Permanent Formation" office of their Delegation for a reimbursement of travelling fees.

CEA employees (CDI contract, thesis students ou postdoc.) : The school is accredited by the "Permanent Formation" of CEA. The registration to the JDN22 (Thematic School and Rossat-Mignod meeting) is free.

ILL employees : The school is accredited by the "Permanent Formation" of ILL. The registration to the JDN22 (Thematic School and Rossat-Mignod meeting) is free.

European students NMI3 can support the participation to the JDN22 of students preparing a formation in a Non-French European University in the frame of "Neutron and Muon European Schools" (NaMES).
