Dear Crystallographer

The IUCr is proud to announce the launch of an e-mail alerting
service for articles published in IUCr journals. The service is
part of the Crystallography Journals Online project, and provides
contents lists in HTML or text form. It can be subscribed to at
http://journals.iucr.org/services/readerservices.html and is free
of charge to all users.

For those of you who have not yet visited the Crystallography Journals
Online site, it is a new and innovative electronic journals service
that provides access to all six of the journals published by the
IUCr. The service's exciting features include

   * complete text of all 1999 articles
   * easy navigation within each article
   * immediate access to supplementary data
   * citation links to IUCr journals; MEDLINE linking
   * each article available in HTML and PDF formats
   * 3D views of molecules
   * searchable contents of all issues since 1948
   * forthcoming article previews

Full text access to Crystallography Journals Online in 2000 is available
to all subscribers to the printed journals. However, access is FREE to 
everybody for the remainder of 1999 and we invite you to visit

about.
