NEUTRON LIST: Draft TOF Neutron Crystallographic Software Resources page.

Thanks mainly to Jon Wright there is a draft TOF 
Neutron Crystallographic Software Resources page at:

   http://www.ccp14.ac.uk/solution/tofneutron/

I would be very interested to update this with
more programs that can handle TOF data and pointers
to code/ on-line information that would make it 
easier for programmers to add TOF Neutron 
capability into their crystallographic software.

The present information about TOF source code is
primarily based on the CCSL (Cambridge Crystallography 
Subroutine Library)
