QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in Physics or Materials Science. Experience in the following areas is desirable: single crystal growth and synthesis, neutron and x-ray scattering techniques. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to independently solve problems, design and conduct experiments, and good communication and collaboration skills. This is a one-year appointment with the potential for renewal for up to two additional one year appointments, contingent upon available funding and satisfactory performance.
