The corresponding Scientific Council and subcommittee meetings are
planned for 4-5 November 2008.
Proposal submission is only possible electronically. Electronic
Proposal Submission (EPS) is possible via our Visitors Club
(http://club.ill.eu/cv/),
once you have logged in with your personal
username and password.

The web system will be operational from 1 July 2008, and
will close on 16 September at midnight (European time).
Please allow sufficient time for any unforeseen computing hitches. You
will receive full support from the Visitors Club team.

Annual Report 2008
The deadline for submission of contributions is set to 1st October.
In order to minimize your efforts before the selection process, we
would like to receive an abstract, the reference of the
published work or copy of the accepted manuscript, and all good quality
graphic illustrations. Final contributions should be sent by end of
October 2008.
